Pre-orders - Order placed before 3rd August 2026 are on pre-order for delivery w/c 3rd August.
We aim to get your Tuff Hook to you as quickly and reliably as possible. All orders are processed within 1–2 working days, with delivery typically taking 2-3 working days across the UK. You’ll receive confirmation and tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
If you’re not completely satisfied, you can return your Tuff Hook within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. To start a return, simply contact our team and we’ll guide you through the process.
